Accounting Firms Using Box Are Now Leveraging Avii's New Box Integration to Significantly Improve Practice Management Automation

Aviitm (www.avii.com), provider of the Avii Workspacetm integrated SaaS platform for tax, audit, advisory, management consulting and compliance firms, today announced integration and bi-directional syncing with Box. This not only provides accounting practitioners and their clients with direct access to Box files from within the Avii platform, but also provides for accelerated automation across accounting firms' entire cloud-based practice management solution.

There is no longer a need to leave the Avii Workspace dashboard (or many of the firm's other SaaS accounting software) to access the Box platform to upload or download and manage client files. Updates happen in both directions in real time. Now all the tools in Avii are immediately available and usable within a unified platform, including:

"With today's announcement, accountants can affordably extend Box usage with Avii's advantages through the entire firm of partners, staff, consultants and their clients," said Lyle Ball, Avii co-founder and CEO. "Accountants who leverage both Box and Avii can immediately eliminate workflow steps, reduce significant time and expenses, reduce human error and risk, and quantifiably improve both employee and client satisfaction."

Mavenlink, the #1 integrator of Google, Microsoft and Intuit, recently completed a study of companies ranging from 50 to 999 employees that showed 73% of employees spend more than an hour a day, on average, navigating from app to app. With 100 billable resources on a team at $150/hour, this would amount to $15k in potential revenue being lost every day.

Said Jeremy Schroeder, CIO of Withum, "Adding real-time syncing with Box to our Withum Experience Powered by Avii gives global visibility to these files across our entire practice management. This directly uplifts the experiences for our employees and clients."

Schroeder continued, "The features Avii provides to Withums' employees and clients showcase one of the most comprehensive API integrations we've seen for magnifying the advantages of Box."

Jason Caldwell, Avii CTO, noted, "Avii's workflow tools unify and automate critical business processes through a single portal and dashboard across all employees and clients, enabling engagement managers to create and automate comprehensive client workflows while reducing their need for training and support from IT."

Avii's new integration with Box is available at no additional charge to accountants using the Avii Workspace.

Avii and Withum will demonstrate this new functionality and discuss these firm and client gains at the Boxworks 2019 conference Oct. 3-4 in San Francisco.
