Windermere's Brian Gooding Retires to Bend Oregon to be with Family

SAN DIEGO, Aug. 23, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- More than six years ago, Windermere Homes & Estates co-founders, Rich Johnson and Brian Gooding, embarked on a journey to create a meaningful, agent-centric brokerage in Southern California.

His long-time partner, Johnson recently purchased full ownership of Windermere Homes & Estates to give Gooding the opportunity to retire to Oregon to be with his family.

"My 20-year-old son was accepted into Oregon State University, Bend campus and he needed his family to be there with him for support," said Gooding. "My wife and daughter moved to Bend last year, and I have been commuting from San Diego every 2 to 3 weeks on the weekends. I am looking forward to having more time with my family."

Johnson has been a hands-on owner and actively involved in managing the successful brokerage. He is known for having an innovative approach to business and creating an excellent work environment.
