Cindy Davis of the Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development will discuss the efforts to use modular construction as a viable option for Virginia's affordable housing shortfall and as a potential resource in the event of natural disasters. She will also talk about her recent initiatives as the Deputy Director of the International Code Council.
