Chief Electoral Officer Stéphane Perrault's Statement on Court Ruling - Chani Aryeh-Bain et al. vs. The Chief Electoral Officer of Canada


GATINEAU, QC, July 23, 2019 /CNW/ - On July 23, 2019, the Federal Court of Canada ruled on the matter of Chani Aryeh-Bain et al. vs. The Chief Electoral Officer of Canada. This ruling directs the CEO to reconsider his decision not to recommend moving the election date.
