Gulftech Announces Expansion into Fresh Cut Produce Market with Acquisition of ABL, S.p.A

("ABL" or the "Company"). ABL, headquartered in Cavezzo, Modena, Italy, is a global leader in the design, manufacture and servicing of fruit processing equipment.
