Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. Announces Dismissal of Claims against Ms. Shelby Neal

HAMILTON, Ontario, July 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Reliq Health Technologies Inc. (TSXV:RHT or OTCQB:RQHTF) ("Reliq" or the "Company"), a technology company that develops innovative mobile health (mHealth) and telemedicine solutions for the community-based healthcare market, wishes to provide the following update.

Further to the Company's news release dated May 1, 2019, Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. ("Reliq") confirms that it has agreed to a settlement in its litigation with Ms. Shelby Neal ("Neal") pursuant to which all claims against Neal will be dismissed with prejudice and without admission of liability by any party.  In furtherance of the Settlement, Stephen Samson ("Samson") and Boby Deveros ("Deveros"), individually and on behalf of Accuhealth Technologies, LLC, have represented to Reliq that Neal was not responsible for the events that led to the material changes to the revenue the Company reported for Q3 FY2018, as described in the news release Reliq issued on October 16, 2018.  Based upon these representations, Reliq is satisfied that Neal was not responsible for these events.
