New Look Vision Group Announces Sudden Passing of Senior Vice President Mario Pageau, o.o.d.
MONTRÉAL, April 22, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - New Look Vision Group is saddened to announce today that its Senior Vice President Optician Networks and New Look Eyewear President, Mario Pageau, o.o.d., died suddenly on Saturday.
Antoine Amiel, President and CEO of New Look Vision Group said: "It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my friend and colleague Mario Pageau. Mario had served as our Senior Vice President Optician Networks and New Look Eyewear President since October 2017 and for 17 years before that in various key positions throughout New Look Vision Group. Mr. Pageau is survived by his wife Andrea Benavente, his sons Félix, Rafael and Matias, his daughters Émilie and Rebeca and his parents Georges and Nicole.
Marie-Josée Mercier, Vice-President Sales and Customer Experience, New Look Eyewear since 2010 is appointed General Manager with immediate effect. Ms. Mercier is a distinguished retail professional with over 30 years' experience, of which 14 years with the New Look Vision Group.
