Elections Held for Practising Law Institute Board of Trustees at PLI Annual Meeting


NEW YORK, April 18, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- At the April 17th Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Practising Law Institute (PLI), the following individuals were elected:

Samuel W. Seymour was reelected Chair of the Practising Law Institute Board, and Hon. Angela M. Mazzarelli was elected Vice Chair of the Board. 

The following Trustees were elected for three-year terms: Carol Anne Been, Dentons US LLP; Philip Bryce, Mayer Brown LLP; Devereux Chatillon, Chatillon Weiss PLLC; Adrian E. Dollard, Qatalyst Partners LP; Pierre M. Gentin, McKinsey & Company; Prof. Troy A. McKenzie, New York University School of Law; Frederick P. Schaffer, New York City Campaign Finance Board; and Hon. Elizabeth S. Stong, United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of New York.

The following PLI staff members were elected: Anita C. Shapiro, President; Alan G. Cohen, Chief Business Officer; Frank DeVivo, Treasurer; Craig A. Miller, Vice President; Kara L. O'Brien, Vice President; Christopher Rousseau, Chief Information Officer; Ellen Siegel, Vice President; David M. Smith, Vice President; Joan Sternberg, Vice President; and Samantha Goldsberry, Secretary.
