RICHMOND HILL, ON, April 12, 2019 /CNW/ - The Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, and Majid Jowhari, Member of Parliament for Richmond Hill, will be at Hibar Systems Limited to celebrate home-grown Canadian innovation and make a national funding announcement through the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP).
