President of Victims Assistance of America, VAA Offers Pledge of Support to American Government: "If Asked: I Will Oversee the Funding & Building of this Nation's Southern Border Wall Including Electronic Equipment"
PHOENIX, March 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Martha Steimel, President of the nonprofit Victims Assistance of America corporation (VAA ? http://www.victimsassistanceofamerica.org/) recently made a direct offer to the President of the United States and Congress on behalf of her organization and the citizens of the US. Steimel asserted her willingness to be hired as a government employee so that she might oversee the national effort to build a wall and supply equipment to secure the nation's southern border. She cited as qualification for this position her tenacity and fortitude as a community organizer, who has fought for identity theft victims for over a decade. She has already set up this project once in the past.
Steimel sketched out the blueprint of her intentions in an impassioned letter addressed to President Trump. An edited and abridged version of that letter follows:
Personal Appeal to President Trump
"As President of the nation's only 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation created to help identity-theft victims, it is very important to me to let everyone consider the Wall options available. I am probably the top person in the country to provide the type of help I hope to offer you. This offer is not politically motivated. I am neither for or against Democrats or Republicans. I am doing what is right for America and its people."
"I have studied funding a project (within our nation) for years, for exactly a project of this size, and could head up the whole endeavor. I've put it together before, and it was so successful that my original idea was pirated by others. At great personal expense over those years, and after suffering through a devastating identity-theft crime, I created the nation's only nonprofit corporation to help others deal with the trauma and personal tragedy of identity theft. Those experiences can be leveraged here to administrative effect, overseeing the construction of the Wall, while including needed electronic equipment."
"My original funding project idea for VAA involved the use and supply of electronic ID equipment. The sale of which would have outfitted all police cruisers and all airport security stop-points across the nation at no charge to them. So, now ? let's direct that funding to build a wall. That same equipment was originally set up on the New York state borders. In a three-month span, officials caught over 200,000 people trying to enter our country using a fake or stolen ID. That same equipment (or the equipment is deemed necessary for current use) can be outfitted to secure the southern national border, while also funding the need for a physical barrier and thus creating a political compromise for additional border security."
"I've read that Democrats in Congress call the Wall an ineffective, outdated answer to a complex problem. But my project would probably fund the whole wall if set up nationally. Twelve years ago, I'd originally called the idea the National Community Action Project. It was so needed back then, and it is just as urgent now."
