Tracy Olsten, Compliance Manager with Gottlieb, Presents a Web Conference for the Health Care Compliance Association


JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Mar. 19, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Gottlieb, an industry leader in emergency department revenue cycle management announced this week that Tracy Olsten, Compliance and Regional Practice Manager, will be presenting a web conference for the Health Care Compliance Association on February 28. The Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) is a 501(c)(6) member-based association for compliance professionals in the healthcare provider field. HCCA provides training, certification, networking, and other resources to compliance officers and staff from a wide range of healthcare organizations.

The web conference is titled, 'The Importance of Auditing and Monitoring'. Tracy will use this opportunity to review why constant monitoring is important and what key performance metrics will help identify any trends or red flags that an organization needs to address before they become bigger problems.

Tracy Olsten has over 20 years' experience in the healthcare industry, including revenue cycle management, coding and billing, compliance auditing, and multi-specialty coding. Tracy is a licensed instructor with both the American Heath Information Management Association (AHIMA) and The American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) and has conducted hundreds of training sessions with both coders and physicians over the last 15 years.
