Eagle Automation Announces The Formation Of Eagle Field Tech And Acquisition Of fieldFLOW

DENVER, Feb. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Eagle Field Tech, a new entity of Eagle Automation, the leader in oil and gas automation and measurement solutions, products and services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the fieldFLOW TM software product from Cartasite, LLC. fieldFLOW is a complete digital solution that connects oil and gas producers with water hauling companies, providing a transparent digital custody record of water volumes hauled, along with time stamps, geo-location and confirmation of delivery to a water recycling or disposal facility. In addition, fieldFLOW can eliminate the dangerous risk to pumpers and haulers of climbing on top of water tanks to gauge volumes and the associated exposure to hazardous fumes. Over the last three years, fieldFLOW has been rigorously field tested through a number of pilots and commercial contracts to deliver a solution that is market-ready for rapid adoption.

For Operators, fieldFLOW supports full integration with production and SCADA systems to provide an end-to-end workflow including hauler notification of loads to be picked-up and delivery confirmation. For Haulers, a sophisticated dispatch center provides optimized load prioritization, recommended truck routing, confirmation of pick-up and delivery, a seamless hand-off to accounting and billing systems, and elimination of paper tickets and a shortened cash conversion cycle. For SWD operators, fieldFLOW is a key mobile building block to automate and manage produced water disposal and injection facilities.

Brandon Giles, CEO of Eagle Automation said, "The industry has long been searching for a transparent and auditable water hauling process with full digital integration between operators and hauling companies. fieldFLOW delivers a broad set features to provide seamless workflows between parties. Many operators have shared with us that while they have confidence down to the molecule level of the oil and gas they produce, water production and disposal is much more difficult to track, reconcile and understand costs. In addition, a number of rogue hauler incidents of illegal dumping have resulted in heavy fines for producers that can now be mitigated. We are delighted to give fieldFLOW a new home within Eagle Field Tech, and we look forward to working with operators and haulers to improve the efficiency and transparency of this critical process."
