Joe Pruett is a successful, seasoned executive with over two decades' worth of experience in senior financial leadership positions, including CFO, CAO, VP of Finance and Controller in both privately held and publicly traded businesses. His industry experience includes real estate, defense/military, franchising, construction, manufacturing, SaaS, technology and communications industries and a broad range of companies including start-up, medium and large businesses.

Joe also has significant experience managing merger and acquisitions, both from the buy and sell side.

Prior to joining VCFO, Joe has spent much of his career working for various high-stakes firms located in and around the city of Austin, including Schlotzsky's (NASDAQ: BUNZ), Rx.com, AT&T, Serenova, and Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).
