Total Quality Logistics, with 57 Offices Across the U.S., Named One of the 2019 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For®
Total Quality Logistics (TQL) has been named to the 2019 FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For list, an annual ranking of companies with outstanding workplaces cultures according to global research and consulting firm Great Place to Work and Fortune.
This is TQL's first time appearing on the list, which is based on survey responses from more than 4.3 million employees rating their workplace culture on five key elements including credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. TQL has 57 local offices across the United States, employing more than 5,500 people.
This year marks the 22nd anniversary of the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For list. Great Place to Work research shows that companies that appear on the list outperform the stock market and beat industry rivals when it comes to talent retention and demonstrating higher levels of productivity than peers.

METHODOLOGY
People analytics firm Great Place to Work determined the FORTUNE 100 Best Companies to Work For list and the FORTUNE Best Big Companies to Work For list by conducting America's largest ongoing annual workforce study, representing more than 4.3 million employees this year.
To be considered, companies submit an application documenting over 200 data points describing their HR programs and practices. Great Place to Work then conducts an anonymous survey of each company's workforce. Employees responded to over 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work.
To ensure surveys truly represent all employees, we require enough people in each organization to respond so that results are accurate to a 95% confidence level and 5% margin of error or better. One part of the total score is based on our evaluation of company programs and policies, while three parts come from our analysis of employee survey data.
We review any anomalies in survey responses, news, and financial performance to ensure there aren't any extraordinary reasons to believe we couldn't trust a company's survey results. Companies need to employ at least 1,000 U.S. employees to be considered for the 100 Best Companies list, and at least 100,000 U.S. employees to be considered for the Best Big Companies to Work For list. Government agencies are not eligible.
