DETROIT, Jan. 31, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Future of Transportation in Michigan is the theme of this year's Transportation Braintrust Breakfast. State and county officials will provide insight into the future of transportation in Michigan at COMTO Michigan's first leadership symposium. Presenters will include the new director of the Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) Paul Ajegba, P.E., Wayne County Executive Warren Evans, State Senator Adam Hollier, Wayne County's director of Public Services, Beverly J. Watts and the City of Detroit's director of the Department of Public Works, Ron Brundidge.
The event will take place on Thursday, February 21, from 7:30 am ? 9:30 a.m. at 241 Madison Street, Detroit 48226. It is open to the public. Tickets are $75 and can be purchased on the COMTO Michigan website at www.COMTOmichigan.org.

COMTO was founded in 1971, on the campus of Howard University. This national organization with chapters located across the country was created to provide a forum for minority professionals in the transportation industry. Its mission is to ensure opportunities and maximum participation in the industry for minority individuals, businesses, and communities of color, through advocacy, training, and professional development.
