BALTIMORE, Jan. 16, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Mr. Garritt joined Segall Group in the spring of 2014 and has been active retail broker for the past 11 years. His practice includes a wide array of landlord and tenant assignments throughout Maryland and northern Virginia. In his new position Jon will take a leadership role in developing strategies for new business as well as the management of the firm's younger associates.

Mr. Spund joined Segall Group in fall of 2015. A graduate of Johns Hopkins' Carey Business School with an MS in Real Estate and Infrastructure, Bryan handles various retail landlord and tenant accounts in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. He also manages the firm's summer internship program and will continue his role in developing the firm's emerging leasing talent.
