SUGAR LAND, Texas, Jan. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The nation's largest natural gas pipeline system is attempting to expand its footprint in the Marcellus and Utica shales, leapfrogging other proposed pipeline projects in the area that have been delayed.
