New Construction in Puerto Plata Highlights Growing Tourism Market


SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic, Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Recently, the Vice Minister of Tourism of the Dominican Republic announced that new construction in the Dominican Republic and Puerto Plata, in particular, would increase the offerings available to tourists. According to the Vice Minister of Tourism, Puerto Plata will reach 19,000 rooms by 2019.
