Raphael Gonzalez joins Performance Trust's client; Monticello Asset Management, LLC

CHICAGO, Nov. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Performance Trust Capital Partners, LLC announces the departure of Raphael Gonzalez, Director, who will be joining its client, Monticello Asset Management, LLC ("Monticello"), as a Managing Director.

Gonzalez has worked closely with Performance Trust and Monticello over the past nine months to develop a SASB CRE securitization vehicle, which provides investment opportunities to investors along with funding solutions for borrowers. Performance Trust and Monticello are committed to providing investors and borrowers with value-added solutions that help drive their ongoing success.
