Pendulum's Ric Henry Returns to His Administrator Roots

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Nov. 15, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ric Henry, President and Owner of Pendulum, LLC, participated in the 35th anniversary celebration of Sierra Health Care Center in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico on Friday, November 2, 2018. Ric, who opened Sierra as its administrator in 1983, joined in the celebration as President of the Center's Board of Directors.

Sierra Health Care Center has become known as one of New Mexico's finest senior healthcare providers and offers a full range of skilled nursing, assisted living, therapy, and rehabilitation services; specialized Alzheimer's and dementia services; and home health and hospice. Sierra Health Care Center is the culmination of five generations of quality healthcare experience. That experience continues today with Executive Director Juliet Sullivan and her 29-year tenure as a Sierra employee. Juliet began her career with Sierra as a receptionist and served in many roles, including medical assistant to the director of nursing, director of activities, and director of admissions, before taking on her current role.

The anniversary celebration included a history of facility given by Juliet and a presentation by Jeremy Martin, President, Heritage Management Services, to 40 employees who have been with Sierra for between five and 34 years. Congratulations to Jaime Díaz, Assistant Director of Housekeeping/Laundry, who has been with Sierra for 34 years!

Along with the residents, their families, and staff members, many others participated in the celebration. In addition to Ric, all other members of Sierra's board attended: Jeremy Martin (also a former Sierra administrator), Edward Neal (former CFO?Heritage), Sylvia Burton (registered nurse), Larry White (insurance professional), Allan Chastain (medical doctor), and David Elliott (attorney). Bobby Martin, former Heritage CEO and president (and Jeremy's father), also joined in the festivities, which truly were a family affair. New Mexico State Representative Rebecca Dow was also a special guest.
