New Director appointed to Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Inc. Board
MONTREAL, June 27, 2018 /CNW/ - Safe and well maintained federal bridges in Montreal support economic development across the region by connecting goods to market, easing commutes of motorists and public transit users, and contributing to the overall growth of the middle class.
The Honourable Amarjeet Sohi, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities, today announced the appointment of Richard Cacchione to the Board of Directors of Jacques-Cartier and Champlain Bridges Inc. (JCCBI) for a three-year term, following an open, transparent and merit-based selection process. His appointment is effective immediately.
Mr. Cacchione, a fellow with Certified General Accountants of Canada, is a leader with extensive experience working with the public service and companies involved in construction and sustainability activities such as Hydro-Québec, Aéroports de Montréal and SNC-Lavalin.
