Accuworx acquires CTI group, expands Gulf Coast services

Company aims to build local teams to increase response capabilities

HOUSTON, Dec. 21, 2017 /CNW/ - Accuworx (http://accuworx.com), a leading environmental services organization known for taking on the toughest jobs, today announced it has acquired Texas-based CTI Group as part of its plan to expand services across the US. The acquisition enables Accuworx to deliver its diversified suite of services in cities across Texas including: Midland, Eagle Ford, Houston, Baytown, and Corpus Christi. The company plans to triple its workforce in Texas in 2018.

"We have set a plan to become North America's first-choice for environmental and industrial services. Joining forces with the incredible team at CTI is a major step in accomplishing our vision," said Jason Rosset, CEO, Accuworx. "Our Gulf Coast clients will now be able to take advantage of our expanding offerings and local presence - responding to their needs where, when and how they need."

Accuworx provides a comprehensive suite of environmental services including: emergency response, soil and groundwater remediation, hazardous waste management, and industrial services. Its clients include Enterprise Products, Union Pacific Railroad, Phillips 66, National Oilwell Varco, and the Environmental Protection Agency. Accuworx offers clients a single destination for a broad range of services to increase project efficiencies and accountability, while delivering economic benefits. Accuworx teams are highly skilled in emergency response, long-term remediation, and site reconstruction using sophisticated technologies and chemistry to go beyond initial clean up.

Included in the acquisition of CTI Group are its subsidiaries: CTI Oil Field Services, CTI Environmental Services, Box Tight (Waste Disposal), Clean Tank, CTI Industrial Services, CTI Oil Spill Services, and Go Safety. Clients of CTI Group can expect to benefit from the growing remediation, waste treatment, industrial cleaning, and emergency response programs now offered under the Accuworx umbrella.

"Our goal is to be lock-step with our clients - an extension of their team," continued Rosset. "To do this, we are making significant investment in localizing our teams, streamlining project management, and tailoring our services to meet the unique needs of our clients."

"Accuworx brings the resources and experience needed to transform how emergency response is traditionally deployed," said Cara Causey, CTI founder. "We are now better positioned to serve our clients while focusing on operational efficiencies, improving programs, increasing training, and ensuring the level of support we can provide our clients is first-rate."

CTI Group's founders Cara and Cayce Causey, will remain part of the new Accuworx team as President and VP Special Projects, respectively.
