OTTAWA, Sept. 19, 2017 /CNW/ - The Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) will appear before the House of Commons Standing Committee on International Trade, on Wednesday, to ensure small business owners' views are heard as the renegotiation of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) continues.
Corinne Pohlmann, Senior Vice-President, National Affairs and Partnerships at CFIB, will present recent survey results highlighting the importance of NAFTA for small businesses in Canada. CFIB's submission to the Committee will include the following recommendations:
