Houston-based Wright & Close Continues Growth in Trial, Appellate Practices

Mr. Cathey is a former Texas Supreme Court and 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals clerk, offering a unique perspective in a range of legal issues from sophisticated securities matters to international arbitration. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in 2010 and is admitted to practice in Texas and New York. He has the distinction of earning the highest score on the February 2012 Texas Bar Exam.

Mr. Davis joins the firm from Porter & Hedges LLP and was a judicial intern in state and federal appeals and district courts. He represents clients in business and complex commercial litigation involving oil and gas and construction in both state and federal courts. He graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2014.
