Governments of Canada and Saskatchewan Team Up With Habitat for Humanity to Build a Home in Yorkton


YORKTON, SASKATCHEWAN--(Marketwired - June 27, 2017) - The governments of Canada and Saskatchewan is partnering with Habitat for Humanity in Yorkton to help support another Saskatchewan family in need of a safe, quality home.

Today, the Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, on behalf of the Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development and Minister Responsible for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and Terry Dennis, Member of the Legislative Assembly for Canora-Pelly, on behalf of the Honourable Tina Beaudry-Mellor, Minister of Social Services and Minister responsible for Saskatchewan Housing Corporation, officially launched the construction of the Habitat for Humanity home.
