ARLINGTON, Va. , June 15, 2017 The forum will cover the trends and political and regulatory changes affecting cross-border deals in a wide range of areas including tax reform, trade agreements, risk assessment, and privacy and data security requirements. Panels are focused on current challenges to cross-border deals and how to overcome them, global competition in professional services, and an update on tax reform and trade agreements. The forum will lay out which countries and industries are seeing the greatest fluctuation in deal volume.
The event concludes with a general counsel roundtable and a closing keynote interview with Cary Kochman, Head of the North American M&A Group at Citi.
