Optex Systems Announces Dividend Payments


RICHARDSON, TX--(Marketwired - June 12, 2017) - Optex Systems Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: OPXS) (OTCQB: OPXXW), a leading manufacturer of precision optical sighting systems for domestic and worldwide military and commercial applications, announced today that the company has authorized a $0.02 per share (and per warrant) dividend payment in July for shareholders and warrant holders of record on June 30, 2017 and for three subsequent quarterly record dates thereafter as soon as the Company has received approval from FINRA to issue such dividend.

Danny Schoening, Optex Chairman and CEO, stated, "Optex continues to generate cash and after reviewing cash needs going forward, the Board has approved dividend payments to our shareholders. We will continue to monitor these needs in order to maintain an extremely strong balance sheet."
