Motus GI(TM) Holdings, Inc. to Present at the 2017 Jefferies Global Healthcare Conference

NEW HOPE, PA--(Marketwired - June 05, 2017) - Motus GI Holdings, Inc., ("Motus GI" or the "Company"), a medical device company dedicated to improving colonoscopy outcomes and experiences, today announced that Mark Pomeranz, CEO of Motus GI, will present at the 2017 Jefferies Global Healthcare Conference on Friday, June 9, 2017 at 8:30 a.m. EDT in New York, NY.

As part of his presentation, Mr. Pomeranz will provide a corporate update and discuss the Company's strategy for its Pure-Vu® system, a device designed to improve colonoscopy outcome and experience for patients, physicians and payers by reducing the sole dependency on pre-procedural preparations to achieve a successful exam. The Pure-Vu system rapidly cleanses the colon using a unique mixture of water and air to loosen debris from the colon mucosa while simultaneously evacuating the bowel contents, clearing the way for the endoscopist to perform a high-quality examination. The Pure-Vu system consists of a disposable component and a workstation controller. The disposable fits over standard colonoscopes without interfering with the scopes functions, allowing the physician to intra-procedurally clean and then visualize, diagnose and, if necessary, treat the colon in a standard fashion.

Mr. Pomeranz will also discuss Motus GI's capital-efficient, strategic approach to bringing the Pure-Vu system to market. The Pure-Vu system is currently being introduced on a pilot basis, and the Company expects to move to a full commercial launch in the U.S. and international markets during the second half of 2018.

Motus GI received 510(k) clearance from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") to market its Pure-Vu system in 2016.
