Moody's Upgrades Delphi Credit Rating to Baa2

GILLINGHAM, England, Feb. 2, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Rating agency Moody's Investors Service today upgraded its corporate credit rating for Delphi Automotive PLC (NYSE: DLPH) to Baa2 from Baa3, with a stable outlook. Moody's states the upgrade of Delphi Automotive's ratings to Baa2 recognizes the company's strong competitive position as an automotive supplier with increasing content per vehicle, strong credit metrics and disciplined financial policies.
