OTTAWA, Feb. 15, 2019 /CNW/ - The Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada and Member of Parliament for Ottawa Centre, will welcome skaters and visitors to Winterlude on the Rideau Canal for a true Parks Canada experience.
