The Amynta Group Accelerates Transformation of Its Auto Warranty Business


DALLAS, Feb. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- The Amynta Group, an industry leading group of warranty, managing general agent and specialty risk companies, today announced that Adam Pope, President of its Warranty Solutions business, has been promoted to President of Sales across Amynta's combined automotive warranty companies. 

Amynta recently integrated the operations and back office platform of its automotive warranty businesses, which include Warrantech, Warranty Solutions and OwnerGuard.  While each existing brand remains, the integration and planned investments will continue to have clear and measurable benefits for employees, agents, dealers and other stakeholders. Bold actions recently taken include:

"Adam's appointment is one of many actions to support the evolution of our auto warranty businesses," said Stuart Hollander, CEO of Amynta.  The work completed thus far has garnered acknowledgement from the Better Business Bureau, which has rated Warrantech as an A+ business and reconfirmed the A+ rating of Warranty Solutions.

Adam succeeds Chris Murphy, who has accepted a leadership role at an Amynta partner in the software space.  Chris will be working closely with Adam during the transition to ensure continuity for Amynta's business partners.
