FULLBEAUTY Appoints Retail Veteran Can Yazicioglu As Chief Financial and Transformation Officer
NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Leading plus-size retailer FULLBEAUTY Brands Holdings Corp. ("FULLBEAUTY" or the "Company"), today announced the appointment of Can Yazicioglu as Chief Financial and Transformation Officer, effective immediately.
Mr. Yazicioglu joined FULLBEAUTY as General Manager of Shared Categories and Swimsuits for All® in July 2018, after serving in various strategy and operations roles at J. Crew Group and in finance roles at ANN Inc., the parent of Ann Taylor and LOFT. Earlier, he was a management consultant at A.T. Kearney.

Mr. Yazicioglu succeeds Bob Riesbeck, who previously announced his intention to depart following the successful conclusion of FULLBEAUTY's restructuring process. FULLBEAUTY emerged from Chapter 11 on February 7, 2019. The reorganized Company's largest shareholders are now investment vehicles managed or advised by the Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division and funds managed by Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. FULLBEAUTY also has $35 million in new financing in place.
Mr. Yazicioglu holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a BSE in mechanical engineering from Duke University. He will be based in New York City.
