Lehtman brings with him nearly two decades of experience assisting clients with internal and government investigations, regulatory compliance, and complex cross-border litigation. He has particular expertise in counseling clients in connection with civil, criminal, and regulatory issues arising in international operations, including across Latin America where he has been widely recognized for his work representing leading companies in connection with international compliance matters and investigations. Jeff represents multinational companies, financial institutions, and international development banks, as well as their officers and directors, in connection with investigations before the Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC), the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and numerous other domestic and foreign regulatory and government bodies.

"Jeff and the firm's team are well versed in helping clients to navigate these challenges, both from the standpoint of preventing risk through compliance and in connection with government investigations?from smaller, informal inquiries to larger-scale, formal investigations. We are delighted that Jeff has joined the firm and look forward to collaborating with him in this increasingly important area."

Lehtman most recently served as co-chair of the litigation department at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP (RK&O) where he joined the firm as an associate in 2007 and was subsequently promoted to partner.
