Junior Achievement® of Southeastern Michigan President Steps Down


DETROIT, Jan. 18, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Kandace Jones, president of Junior Achievement (JA) of Southeastern Michigan, will be resigning from her position due to health reasons, effective January 17, 2019.

"Kandace's vision and leadership will be truly missed," stated Rod Wright, board chair, JA of Southeastern Michigan. "The strategic vision she brought to the role has enabled the organization to serve its students in expanded ways. We are grateful for her service and wish her a full, speedy recovery."

Leigh Schultenover will serve as interim president and CEO. Schultenover has been an active volunteer and board member for many years. She is an experienced entrepreneur and former executive for Mercedes Benz Financial.
