BNBuilders' Growth Prompts Two Key Hires
SAN DIEGO, Jan. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Due to its steady growth, BNBuilders has welcomed two crucial new team members: Leary Jones, CHST, CMIT, Corporate Safety Director, and David Ripley, Southern California Operations Manager. Combined, the two leaders bring more than 65 years of experience to the BNBuilders team. In the past year, BNBuilders has more than doubled its construction volume and number of team members. Since opening its Southern California office in 2010, BNBuilders has become a regional construction leader throughout San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, and the Inland Empire.
Leary Jones, CHST, CMIT, Corporate Safety Director
Leary Jones brings over 35 years of executive management experience in the construction, industrial, military, and aviation industries. As BNBuilders' new Corporate Safety Director, he will serve all BNBuilders offices from Seattle to Southern California. With extensive experience integrating safety as part of the company culture, Mr. Jones will develop, implement, and manage BNBuilders' safety protocols. A retired US Air Force Reservist, Mr. Jones served as a Safety Manager for numerous Air Force bases throughout the world. He has also worked for Balfour Beatty Construction and Turner Construction Company, among others. He earned his A.A.S. in Safety Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, and his B.S. in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University.

Last year, BNBuilders was awarded two regional safety commendations by the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of California and the AGC of Washington.
David Ripley, SoCal Operations Manager
As BNBuilders' new SoCal Operations Manager, Mr. Ripley is in charge of setting up the firm's projects for success, including bringing operational consistency within the Southern California region and across the firm's various markets. With three decades of experience, he will also mentor the younger operations staff and superintendents. Prior to joining the BNBuilders' team, he worked in a variety of operations-based roles with two large national general contractors, a pharmaceutical company, and a third-party project manager. Mr. Ripley brings extensive experience in several of BNBuilders' core markets including healthcare, life science, and corporate office. Mr. Ripley earned his B.S. from the University of Maryland, and is a member of the International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers (ISPE).
