HAMDEN, Conn., Jan. 14, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Simione Healthcare Consultants has appointed Christina Andrews of Philadelphia and Megan Reynolds of Phoenix as Senior Managers for Growth Solutions, supporting home health, hospice and private duty clients with extensive expertise in sales and marketing, referral management, operations, training and market analytics.

After beginning her career in 2001 with HCR ManorCare, Andrews held diverse corporate, field and management positions, developing a strong background in strategic planning, project management, quality and compliance, reimbursement and market analysis. Her progressive responsibilities included service as a business development manager, hospice administrator, and regional leader to support growth for multi-state operations. Her accomplishments include the development of a marketing analytics platform, management of multi-state CON processes, and implementation and training for numerous growth initiatives for home health and hospice sales, operations, and clinical and leadership development. Andrews earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Toledo in Ohio. 

Reynolds has more than 10 years of experience in corporate and agency leadership, business development, and team mentoring for strategic growth in home-based care. She began her career in home-based care in 2008 with Heartland Home Health, Hospice & Infusion in Ohio, where she served in progressively responsible positions for regional operations, agency management and business development. As the CEO of Comprehensive Hospice and Palliative Care in Arizona from 2015-2018, she worked to align teams for fiscal and clinical success with diverse skills in budget, compliance, survey readiness, sales account management and customer service. Megan also served three years with the former Nurse on Call Home Healthcare of Florida, advancing from corporate sales manager and multi-branch manager to regional vice president. Her track record for helping teams exceed goals includes comprehensive oversight of organizational clinical and financial initiatives to ensure quality and fiscal performance. Reynolds earned a bachelor's degree from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, with a focus in the areas of health science, marketing promotion and sales.
