Simpatico Systems Announces Corporate Merger With TeksInc

DALLAS, Jan. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Simpatico, a Cyber Security & IT company headquartered in Lubbock, TX, with an office in Los Angeles, CA, is pleased to announce a strategic merger with Dallas-based managed network services firm, TeksInc effective today, January 11, 2019.

The significant development in the IT and cyber security industry is a win for both the Lubbock and Dallas business communities, as well as the clients and employees of both firms.

"The cyber security industry has been stagnant for years. Not from a solutions perspective, but a price-barrier perspective," explains Cory Ruthardt, Simpatico's Chief Information Officer. "To date, only large enterprise organizations have been able to afford proper cyber security measures. With this merger, cyber security is within reach by those who are statistically hit hardest by cyber crime ?  small and medium-sized businesses."

Nathan Hasse, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing adds, "the merger allows us, as a newly unified team, to offer expanded cyber security, physical security, technology consulting and IT solutions to current clients of both firms, while attracting new clients. This move strengthens what makes Simpatico an industry leader: being the only company in the region that can manage and secure entire technology infrastructures with one call. That is how we create competitive advantages for our clients."

With Simpatico's expanded footprint, the industry disrupter looks to further expand operations in other strategic markets nationwide.

Simpatico CEO, Greg Bazar, expounds on the long-term, "We are doing things that no one else in our industry is doing, and our clients are reaping the benefits. We are disrupting the cyber security industry by making it attainable for small businesses. The new approach has expedited growth, causing us to seek partners like TeksInc, whose employees share our values, culture, and passion."

About Simpatico Systems: A managed technology and cyber security provider with its principal offices in Texas and clients spanning from California to New York, Simpatico equally serves the needs of small companies and Fortune 100 companies with the same level of care.

About TeksInc: Since the early 2000s, TeksInc has served as the IT department for organizations in and around the Dallas metro area, providing clients with proactive advanced network solutions.
