HOUSTON, Texas, Jan. 11, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Lummis Consulting Services, LLC ("LCS"), a Houston-based M&A due diligence firm, is pleased to announce its involvement in Bear Capital's acquisition of American Patrols, Inc. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Bear Capital, LLC was formed in 2018 by Travis Reese and Aaron Kinsey (both Harvard MBAs and former U.S. military officers).
