ConvergeOne Completes Acquisition of Venture Technologies

("Venture Technologies"), a leading solutions integrator headquartered in Ridgeland, Mississippi. WhiteLight Group, a business application consulting entity acquired by Venture Technologies in 2016, is not included in this transaction.
