Media advisory - Minister McKenna in Toronto to promote climate action
OTTAWA, Dec. 5, 2018 /CNW/ - Media representatives are advised that the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, Catherine McKenna, will travel to Toronto for a meeting with her counterpart for the Province of Ontario, the Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, Rod Phillips.
Minister McKenna will also participate in an Empire Club of Canada event where she will have a conversation with Tom Clark, Chair of Global Public Affairs. Following the event, the Minister will be available to answer questions from the media before she departs for Poland on December 9 to attend the 24th Conference of the Parties.
