PI Financial Corp. Announces Closing of Sale to NG Holdings Ltd.
VANCOUVER, Dec. 4, 2018 /CNW/ - PI Financial Corp. (PI) is pleased to announce it completed on November 30, 2018 its previously announced transaction with Gary Ng, through NG Holdings Canada Ltd., to acquire 100% of PI from its 54 employee shareholders for a total investment of over $100 million.
Mr. Ng has assumed the role of Chairman and will be supported by PI's existing strong team of over 300 people who today provide a broad range of financial services to over 50,000 clients across Canada. Jean-Paul Bachellerie has become CEO of the firm.
