Coastline College is honored again by Military Times as one of the Best for Vets Colleges for 2019

FOUNTAIN VALLEY, Calif., Nov. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Coastline College is rated as one of the Best for Vets Colleges for 2019 in their Online and Nontraditional Schools category which designates that more than half of the students attend classes online or in another setting away from the physical campus. Coastline is one of only two community colleges to make this Online and Nontraditional Schools list among the four-year colleges and universities.

In their ninth annual survey, Military Times' Best for Vets for 2019 rankings are based on the results of their analysis comparing the most comprehensive school-by-school assessment of veteran and military student services and rates of academic achievement, in addition to a detailed review of public data collected by federal agencies.

According to Joycelyn Groot, Executive Dean, Military and Corporate Education at Coastline College,

"We are very grateful to receive this recognition particularly at this time, as our nation will observe Veterans Day on November 11, honoring those who have served our country. Coastline has a dedicated military education team that delivers dedicated support to this deserving and hardworking population of students."
