Homes For Our Troops Veterans Day Celebrity Auction brings stars together to raise funds for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans.

Shoppers can make an impact by bidding on once-in-a-lifetime experiences, luxury items, and autographed memorabilia from various movie stars, musicians, and sports figures, while helping HFOT's mission to build and donate specially adapted custom homes for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans.

CNN's Jake Tapper, a longtime HFOT supporter and mission ambassador, along with celebrities Ben Stiller and Kenny Chesney, have enlisted the help of friends, namely movie stars and entertainment icons, to arrange an extensive assortment of auction items up for grabs to benefit Homes For Our Troops this Veterans Day. The VIP experiences include spending an afternoon with Tapper and Paul Rudd over lunch in Manhattan. Tapper's fellow Celebrity Auction cohost, actor and comedian, Ben Stiller, has generously donated the opportunity for a fan to hang out and watch a New York Knicks game with him courtside. Other celebrities who have donated items include: Judd Apatow, Jimmy Kimmel, Jason Bateman, Owen Wilson, Steph Curry, Paul Rudd, and Anderson Cooper.

"Homes For Our Troops is a great nonprofit organization that takes care of the men and women who have served and sacrificed so much for our country. I am proud to be a part of this auction, which brings attention to HFOT's mission and gives people a chance to show their support for the troops this Veterans Day," says Ben Stiller.

"We are very grateful to eBay and Jake Tapper, along with his celebrity team, for hosting our auction again," says HFOT President Tom Landwermeyer. "Initiatives like this raise crucial awareness about our mission and help us place more deserving severely injured post-9/11 Veterans into the specially adapted homes they deserve."

"At eBay, we're committed to connecting millions of shoppers to the causes they care about most to make an impact," said Brenda Halkias, General Manager of eBay for Charity. "Together with Home For Our Troops, we're offering incredible items and experiences to support Veterans."

About Homes For Our Troops (HFOT): Homes For Our Troops (HFOT) is a privately funded 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide to severely injured post-9/11 Veterans. Most of these Veterans have sustained life-altering injuries including multiple limb amputations, partial or full paralysis, and/or severe traumatic brain injury (TBI). These homes restore some of the freedom and independence our Veterans sacrificed while defending our country, and enable them to focus on their family, recovery, and rebuilding their lives. HFOT builds these homes where the Veteran chooses to live, and continues its relationship with the Veterans after home delivery to assist them with rebuilding their lives. Since its inception in 2004, nearly 90 percent of every dollar spent has gone directly to our program services supporting Veterans. For more information, visit www.hfotusa.org.
