Shulman Law Firm collects more than 1000 pounds of goods for local food bank


Firm committed to supporting local charities  

TORONTO, Oct. 12, 2018 /CNW/ - Shulman Law Firm P.C. recently completed its annual food drive for the North York Harvest Food Bank, collecting and donating over 1000 pounds of food.

At Shulman Law Firm, our passion for helping others extends beyond our office, and we always strive to do more than we did the year before. We are so proud to share that we collected more than 1,000 pounds of food for the North York Harvest Food Bank this year. It's not too hard when you have a great team of people who want to do good. This worthy cause works to ensure families, children, seniors, new Canadians, and individuals who are working with a fixed income can access good, nutritional food in a dignified way.

"Our aim is to provide as much food for as many people as possible. No one should have to make a choice between eating or paying for basic living expenses. We strongly share this charity's mission to eradicate hunger in our community," states Shulman Law Firm P.C. founder Ron Shulman. 

Since 2015, Shulman Law Firm P.C. has donated a total of 3,565 pounds of food, exceeding each year's goals.

"As a family law firm, one of our most important goals is to make positive impacts in our clients' lives. We take the same approach with the issues affecting our community. I am very proud to see our team apply this same ethic towards making a true and real impact to strengthen the lives of people around us," adds Mr. Shulman.
