PrecisePoint JV, LLC Wins Contract to Support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's COVID-19 Administration Reporting System (CARS) Help Desk 2.0

The joint venture (JV) partnership between Precise Software Solutions, LLC and Turning Point Global Solutions, L.L.C. (TurningPoint) has been awarded a five-year contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to provide help desk support for two of the agency's vaccine-related systems.

(TurningPoint) has been awarded a five-year contract with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to provide help desk support for two of the agency's vaccine-related systems.

The COVID-19 Administration Reporting System (CARS) Help Desk is an essential support system for CDC's VAMS and V-safe platforms, which were initially created during the COVID-19 public health emergency. These systems have significantly evolved to accommodate the dynamic vaccine landscape, including support for mpox, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), School-Located Vaccines (SLV) and Vaccines for Children (VFC), as well as routine immunizations. The CARS Help Desk ensures that users (e.g., healthcare providers, health departments, government agencies, general public) can efficiently use these systems, enabling the CDC to fulfill its mission of bolstering immunization programs both operationally and strategically.

PrecisePoint's help desk will serve as a centralized "one-stop-shop" for users seeking assistance with VAMS, V-safe, and potentially other systems as identified by CDC. This involves providing access support, technical troubleshooting, and issue resolution through a well-structured and user-friendly service platform, along with project coordination support to resolve user inquiries and issues with the systems.
