FSA Store® and HSA Store® launch extended promotion featuring FSA-eligible telehealth services to give consumers a head start on a healthier new year

For millions of flexible spending account (FSA) users who have a December 31 spending deadline, these qualified telehealth services deliver high-value options for spending FSA funds to avoid forfeiture

DALLAS, Nov. 11, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- FSA Store® and HSA Store® the first and leading online stores dedicated exclusively to selling FSA- and HSA-eligible products and telehealth services, announced today the launch of an extended promotion that will help individuals and families save money on telehealth services that support health improvement as 2025 approaches. The promotion kicks off November 11, 2024 and runs through the end of the year, allowing consumers to save on five featured telehealth services that can be purchased with tax-free FSA and HSA (health savings account) funds.

We're proud to help consumers get ahead of their health goals by simplifying access to telehealth services and making it easy to use tax-free funds to engage with resources that can set them up for a vibrant new year.

"As the end of the year approaches, it's common to set goals for the new year, including how to improve our health and finances, but success is dependent on easy access to support and resources, and our online stores offer both," said Keri Kaiser, chief revenue officer Health-E Commerce®, the parent brand to FSA Store and HSA Store. "We're proud to help consumers get ahead of their health goals by simplifying access to telehealth services and making it easy to use tax-free funds to engage with resources that can set them up for a vibrant new year."

This extended telehealth promotion will feature discounts from five popular FSA- and HSA-eligible services, including:

Bonus for FSA users: Spend remaining 2024 FSA funds and save on telehealth services.
All FSAs have a deadline by which funds must be spent each year, and for the majority of people, that deadline is December 31. According to proprietary FSA Store data, nearly 70% of FSA users have a December 31 deadline, which means any unused funds will be forfeited if not spent by this date (unless the account holder's employer offers a rollover of funds or a grace period extension). FSA users can take advantage of this promotion to spend 2024 FSA funds on services that will propel them to a healthier 2025.
