("Carbeeza" or the "Company") (TSXV:AUTO) (OTCQB: CRBAF) announces today that it has received a Statement of Claim filed by Northern Micro Inc. and IDX Systems Corp. in the amount of approximately $2,175,000, claimed in connection with alleged unpaid professional services and related matters. Carbeeza intends on defending the Statement of Claim.
