Mene Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options


TORONTO, May 29, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Men? Inc. (TSX-V:MENE) (US:MENEF) ("Men?" or the "Company"), an online 24 karat jewelry brand, announces that it has granted to directors an aggregate of 500,000 incentive stock options (the "Stock Options") to purchase subordinate voting shares of the Company (the "Class B Shares") under the Company's incentive stock option plan (the "Plan"). Each Stock Option is exercisable into a Class B Share at a price of $0.20 for a period of five years from the date of grant. The Stock Options will vest as to one-third upon each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the initial grant and be subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
