$47M Bonds Program Approved by the Bolivian Financial Regulator Allowing Bolivian Subsidiary to Offer Bonds to Partially Finance the Oxides Stockpile Project

TORONTO, Dec. 1, 2023 /CNW/ - Orvana Minerals Corp. (TSX: ORV) (the "Company" or "Orvana") announced financial and operational results for Fiscal Year 2023 (ended September 30, 2023), and the approval of its $47M Bonds Program in  Bolivia. The proposed bonds offering in Bolivia is the core component of the financing structure in Bolivia to fund the proposed expansion of the Don Mario Plant.
