BrightSpire Capital, Inc. (NYSE: BRSP) ("BrightSpire Capital" or the "Company") today announced the Board of Directors set March 21, 2023 as the record date for the Company's 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. The 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held virtually on May 16, 2023 at 11:00 am Eastern Time. Information on the virtual meeting will be included in the Company's 2023 proxy statement.
